(3) 2 letters from investor's bankers, stating the creditability of the investor, issued within 6 months and in both English and Chinese.
(4) Resolution of board meeting of investor.
(5) 2 recent photographs and copy of passport, Hong Kong Identification of the legal representative of the investor.
(6) Rental contract of premises of registered office.
(7) Infformation of investor company and directors, such as company annual return.
(8) Latters of appointment of directors.
(9) Feasibility report and article of incorporating in China.
(10) Letter of attorney to establish the company for the investor.
